Shortcut bar print button not showing queue due to not individual printer.
Cause:
The Office Shortcut Bar cannot start a printer queue program directly. Clicking on 'Printers' on the Shortcut Bar only opens the Printers folder in Control Panel.
Solution:
Right-click on the printer button and select 'Open' to open the print queue or create a printer Shortcut on the desktop.
Do one of the following to work around this problem:
1) Open the printer from the button's Shortcut menu:
a) Right-click on the printer button on the Shortcut Bar.
b) Select 'Open' from the Shortcut menu.
c) Double-click on the printer icon to display the print queue.
2) Create a Shortcut for the printer on the Windows 95 desktop:
a) Click 'Start' to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

c) Select the printer in question.
d) Right-drag the printer icon onto the desktop.
e) Release the mouse button. (A Shortcut menu appears.)
f) Select 'Create Shortcut(s) here'. (A printer Shortcut appears on the desktop.)
g) Double-click on the printer Shortcut to view the print queue.
